Summer Wellness Checklist
How I’m optimizing my skincare and wellness routine for the Summer
This is my personal summer wellness routine; it’s simple, intentional, and keeps me grounded in the midst of a chaotic and fun hot girl summer.
The goal isn’t perfection, it’s about the ritual and the devotion to the practice of becoming better.
Beauty + Skincare
Morning & night skincare routines while listening to high-frequency subliminal sounds to align beauty with energy.
Daily electric scalp massages (using rosemary oil or a scalp serum like Mielle or The Ordinary Multi-Peptide Serum) to stimulate growth and soothe the nervous system.
Sleep: 7–9 hours every night. Non-negotiable!!! Your skin heals while you rest.
Daily skin journaling to track what’s working and spot patterns (breakouts, glow-ups, triggers).
Daily NuFACE & red light therapy (try the Solawave wand or CurrentBody LED mask) to support collagen production and lymphatic drainage.
Volufiline + eye cream/lip balm duo every morning and night to fill under eye hollows and plump lips over time.
Regular facials for pampering and professional extractions.
Body
Sauna or steam room sessions 1–2x/week + legs up on the wall = improved circulation + detox + deep calm.
10,000+ steps daily to easily sneak some cardio into your daily routine.
Try one new workout class a month: dance, barre, strength training — anything to shake up the routine.
Pilates: 3x/week to build core strength and improve posture.
Yoga: 1–2x/week for nervous system regulation and flexibility.
Cardio: 2–3x/week to keep your heart healthy and skin glowing.
Mindfulness
Journal 2–3x/week: write it all out. Reflect, release, and refine your thoughts.
Nightly gratitude list to end each day.
Start the day with intention by outlining your top goals.
Play subliminals or high-frequency sounds while you sleep
Read books!! I’m working through my summer reading list (check out my IG “Book Club” Highlight to join me).
Nutrition
Eat whole, nutrient-dense foods: Prioritize organic always!
Drink spearmint + herbal teas daily:
spearmint for hormonal balance
nettle for minerals
chamomile for calm
green tea for your skin and metabolism.
Supplements are locked in: check my daily skin journals for a breakdown of everything I’m taking (it’s a very extensive list 😅)
Cook at home 3–4x/week to stay mindful and intentional about ingredients.
Minimum 30 oz of water daily: hydration is key!
Add electrolytes (like LMNT, Cymbiotika, or Ultima) to your water for deeper hydration on hot days or post-workout sessions.
